　　Xiamen Topstar Lighting Co., Ltd is a joint venture between Topstar in China and General Electric Company in USA, holding by the state, specializing in developing and manufacturing of electronic energy saving lamps, fluorescent lamps, phosphors, lighting fixtures and LED new lighting resources. It has gained the reputation of "High Credit Company of China", "Top One Hundred Companies in Fujian Province" and "Key High-tech Company of Xiamen City". It has been accredited ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management systems. Its products have won the title of "National Well-known Brand" and "National Products Exempted from Inspection", and have been certified as "Energy Conservation Product" in China.
Dating back to 1963, Topstar has accumulated nearly half a century of producing experience on lighting products. We have been enforcing GE-6¦Ò in daily management, purchasing advanced equipments like QMS quality control system in workshops, so as to keep our quality in a high and consistent level. Our technical force is very strong. We have a national-class technical center and labs with an area of 5000 m2 and first-class technicians, which enable us to provide technical services according to our customer demand. Meanwhile, we are one of the creators of relative industrial standards. At present, our products are certified by authorities in many countries and regions, such as CE, EMC, LVD in Europe, UL, FCC, Energy star in America, CUL in Canada, PSE in Japan, SAA in Australia, ELI in Asia, B in Poland, UC, PROCEL in Brazil, and CQC, CNS (Taiwan) in China. Our company has workshops in area of 100 thousand square meters. Now, there are 10 series, more than 100 kinds of products in our leading product range, our products are on hot sale all over the world.
In 2007, driven by strong market demands, with the dream of building the best light source manufacturing base, led by Xiamen Light Industry Group, Topstar has newly built a light source manufacturing base called Xiamen Topstar Energy Saving Light Source Manufacturing Base in the newly developed Xiamen Eastern Sea Rim Area basing on Xiamen Topstar Lighting Co., Ltd, covering an area of more than 600 thousand m2, and accomplished a full supply chain from material manufacturing (glass tube, phosphor, etc.) to finished products (T5 linear fluorescent lamp, CFL, lighting fixture, LED products, etc.).
